Communication and follow up are key components to keeping clients happy with our services and products. For over 5 years Jenny has excelled in these skill sets. Her first years with TechnoPro were spent in the Software Support department. She has now established herself as a pivotal member of the Implementation team. Taking her time, care and procession she gets new client prepared, customized and launched successfully.
Jenny has been able to apply her vast knowledge from her background. She holds a Bachelor degree in Technology, Advanced Diploma of Electrical Information Technology. She also has attained certifications for CompTIA A+ and working towards her Project Management certification.
Jenny has an excellent work ethic and also provides huge value in team projects. She is detail orientated and a great example, to current and new team members, on being persistent and goal orientated in your career path. Jenny may also be known for the amazing meals she brings to our team potluck lunches. Hopefully we can return those lunches soon.
