The past year and a half has been challenging to say the least. TechnoPro has been fortunate enough to grow the team despite the unprecedented times. Midhat Rizwan has been an excellent addition to our support team.
She is an alumnus from University of Toronto, with a double major in psychology and business. She has a unique education background that allows her to provide excellent client care. She has jumped into the role of Software Support Consultant with grace and ease. She has utilized her previous experience in the tech support field to aid into this transition. And although our company still working fully remote, she has found her place among the team.
Midhat loves reading, caring for her family and expressing her creativity through her up -cycling D.I.Y projects using thrift store finds.
